When you find an article you want to obtain, look at the top-right for links to access the article.
There may be several options:
A. The purple "Find It!" button always appears. Click this to look up the article in Knox Primo. If the article is not available in full text in Knox Primo, then use the link presented in Knox Primo to request it from our Tipasa interlibrary loan service.
B. Sometimes there will be links to the free full text (also called Open Access).
C. Sometimes the buttons will take you to the publisher's web site where the article is NOT available for free in full text. In this case, go back the PubMed screen and click the purple "Find It!" button.
