Tipasa Interlibrary Loan Procedures

1. Click on the "Find Patrons" menu option in the left column. 

2. Enter either the patron's last name, first name, or the patron's Knox username or full Knox email address. Click SEARCH.

3. Click on a patron's name to view the full record. Things you might want to view in the patron record are the patron's status and whether or not they are blocked:

Note: You cannot view requests associated with a patron this way. To view requests placed by a patron do a search for requests. 

To edit any part of the patron record or apply an expiration date or block to the patron record, click the EDIT link in the top-right.
