Knox College Library Policies and Procedures
1. Open the request.
2. Click the Email button in the top-right.
3. Click open the list of templates. Choose an appropriate template based on the reason you are canceling the request.
4. The message template opens. Read the message and follow any instructions in it about information to add to the message. When finished, click the SEND button. Then click OK to confirm.
5. Important: Back on the request screen, click the "Cancel Request" button. (The request is not actually canceled in Tipasa until you click this button!)
