When you first log into SciFinder the References search option is selected by default. [1]
Enter keywords in the search box.
- As you type a keyword, SciFinder brings up a list of suggested terms from which you can select. [2]
- The second search box allows you to select a particular index for your search terms. [3]
- To add additional terms to your search, click on "Add Advanced Search Field." [4] If you change the drop-down list to "Concept" you can take advantage of SciFinder's search term vocabulary, which allows you to do more precise searching.
