Open a text editor (Google Doc or MS Word). The hanging sleeve labels have the title of the DVD and the call number. They may also indicate disc numbers, such as Disc 1, Disc 2, etc.

Type the title of the DVD in font about the size that will be good on a hanging sleeve label (left justified).
Type the location name and call number on the next line. Example:

Gone with the Wind
Non Print PS3432.J7 A4 2002

If there are two discs in the DVD set type "Disc 1 & 2" leaving a gap after the title, but not so far over that it will be longer than the hanging sleeve is wide. Example:

Gone with the Wind                                                                Disc 1 & 2
Non Print PS3432.J7 A4 2002

If there are more than 2 discs you need 2+ hanging files. 

Example - 3 discs need 2 hanging files
1 has title call# and Disc 1 & 2
2nd has title call# and Disc 3

If 4 discs - 2 hanging files files
1 has title call# and Disc 1 & 2
2nd has title call# and Disc 3 & 4
