Many academic journals include book reviews, though not all of them are indexed in databases.
When browsing journals in print or in full text, check to see if they include a reviews section.

Academic Search Complete is a database covering primarily scholarly publications in all subjects and allows you to limit your results to book reviews. The subject database for philosophy, Philosopher's Index, also allows limiting to book reviews.
To limit your search to book reviews, type in your search term(s) in the search box(es) and then scroll down to the Document Type limit box. Select "Book review" from the list.
