EBSCO Databases: MLA, Theatre & Dance, Academic Search Complete, and Humanities Source Ultimate

Search Four Databases at Once

MLA International Bibliography, International Bibliography of Theatre and Dance, Academic Search Complete, and Humanities Source Ultimate are all databases that contain film criticism. These databases are all provided by EBSCO, which allows you to search all four of them at the same time. You can do that by:

  1. Open any of the four databases
  2. Above the search bar, you will see "Searching name of database you opened". Click on the blue hyperlinked database name to open a list of EBSCO databases.
    • Advanced search in EBSCO. "Searching Academic Search Complete" has been circled. "Academic search complete" is a blue hyperlink.
  3. Select the four databases from this list. You will have to scroll down to select MLA International Bibliography. Then click "Select".
    • "Select databases to search" page in EBSCO.

  1. Search the "film's title" in the Subjects field.
